Finance Manager- Boutique Hospitality Group- £40k to £50k per annum + Amazing Benefits!

For almost 20 years, this business has been pushing the boundaries in the leisure industry and has a huge, happy customer base all over the world. They are now looking for a Finance Manager to join their team and run day-to-day finance operations. This is a perfect role for someone who is QBE and has multi-site accounting experience.

As the new Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Making sure all financial policies are up to date and consistent across the group
  • Preparation of monthly P&L reports
  • Day-to-day management of financial operations and your two direct reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow forecasting
  • Conducting audits of the financial system to ensure accuracy of records
  • Reporting on expenditure vs budget
  • Statutory reporting
  • Overseeing the monthly processing of payroll
  • Being the lead administrator for the procurement system

What you will need to be successful as the new Finance Manager:
  • To be Qualified-by-experience or an ACCA finalist
  • Have a proven track record of managing a finance team
  • Have experience managing multi-site p&l accounts
  • Experience using Sage would be desirable
  • You will have excellent communications skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
