Support Analyst - Windows, Active Directory, Exchange

I am working with a large global company who are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a service desk environment, with particular emphasis on Windows, Active Directory and Exchange.

The team support around 1,300 users dealing with initial service requests, this does include an out of hours on call rota for which there is a £3,000 uplift. To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following:
  • Previous experience of working within a service desk environment
  • Experience of Active Directory administration, including group policy, password reset etc
  • Experience of Windows 7 - 10 and Exchange
  • Experience of PC/Laptop builds, software installs and update with knowledge of WSUS and WDS an advantage
  • Experience of a ITSM tool such as Service Now.
