Your new company is a leading specialist retailer based in Rotherham.

Your new role
Your new job role will be customer facing. You will be joining their Customer Service / Administration Team of 5 and are able to work as part of a team. You will be dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email, communicate delivery delays, complaints handling, book in deliveries and process sales and purchase orders.

What you'll need to succeed
You enjoy dealing with customers, bring excellent communication skills, are a great team player and also able to work on your own initiative. Ideally you are experienced in processing sales and purchase orders and you strive within fast-paced working environments. A great multitasker who is looking for their next step in their career.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 - £19,000, depending on previous working experience. Working days are generally Monday to Friday, working hours vary - one week you will be working from 9am until 7pm, the other week you will be working from 8am until 4:30pm. You will further work every other weekend (Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm). Free parking, 20 days holidays,
