Direct Administration Team Leader
- Ensure that all aspects of the company's administration standards and time service requirements are applied to the handling of all business received
- Provide outstanding customer service which ensures customers are treated fairly.
- Ensure that the administration of all business adheres to the appropriate regulatory requirements
- Ensure that the administration of all business adheres to company treaties.
- Ensure all data is checked to the required regulatory standard (e.g. OFAC, AML, PEP) and within timelines expected.
- Ensure administration processes and procedures are fully documented.
- Ensure all reinsurance reports are to the standard and within time service requirements set out in the reinsurance agreement
- Be the day to day point of contact with company TPA and work with them to ensure the administration of the business is to the standards expected.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with customers whilst ensuring to treat customers fairly.
