Project ManagerYou will be a Project Manager in the Group Operations Programme Management team, reporting into the Head of Programme Management. The Programme Management team play one of the most important functions within operations - delivering change. Within operations, the team support continuous change activities and are leading a complex transformation programme over the next 12 months, helping us become the most loved brand globally. The team help the rest of the business deliver by ensuring everything we do is delivered well to customers, restaurants and drivers. You'll help individuals, teams and countries across the business deliver more through leading a number of project streams to support the delivery of the overall programme objectives.The team have an outstanding reputation and because of that, you can expect to be pulled into exciting new initiatives across the business working with every team. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging project delivery from end to end across project life cycleWorking with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, define project requirements and track benefitsManaging project resources, risks, issues, decisions and actionsLeading cross functional project teams to deliver resultsManaging project plans and trackingReporting on project progress, escalating where appropriateRequired skills and experience2 - 4 years project management experienceHighly organised and able to drive action with cross functional teamsStrong communication skills to effectively manage internal stakeholders of all levelsFlexible and comfortable working in a fast paced environmentExperience of varied project methodologies and governance (Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 etc..).Analytical and confident using data to explore problems, identify opportunities and assess benefits and impacts Lean six sigma or other process improvement experienceExperience with various project tracking tools and Google suite preferredPersonal characteristicsIf you've got the brilliant basics of diligent project management, managing projects from inception to delivery, engaging varied stakeholders, and getting loads of things done brilliantly, we have a great opportunity for you.
