Head of Product Marketing, EMEA - Digital ExperienceThe challengeReporting to the SVP, Experience Cloud Strategic Marketing, this senior leader is responsible for the EMEA Go-to-Market strategy and execution for Adobe's Digital Experience offerings for our largest customers that include the world's leading brands, agencies, publishers, and government institutions. This is a highly visible role and presents the opportunity to be the business driver of a large, fast growing, and strategic business at Adobe.Specifically, this person will lead a successful team that is focused on strategic product marketing/management and industry specific digital transformation, industry sales and business development initiativesWhat you'll doOwn the product and industry marketing GTM strategy for Adobe Digital Experience in partnership with our Commercial leaders for the region; market positioning vs competitive landscape, pricing and insightsWork collaboratively with out Marketing organization to drive demand programs and drive cross functional engagement with key stakeholdersCompetitive analysis - Specific focus on feeding back to corporate with competitive insights on local vendors, and actions/pricing from global vendorsManage a product marketing team that is responsible for the development of go-to-market strategy, collateral, sales enablement, and thought leadership in order to enable success with global enterprise customers.Drive thought leadership strategy and initiatives in conjunction with internal marketing, PR, social, and field teams. Collaborate with product management teams to influence the product roadmap.Drive GTM marketing programs with public relations, analyst relations, events demand generation, and field marketing that cultivate pipeline, accelerate deals, and enable awareness at product launch and beyond.Serve as the business unit decision maker in the deal approval process, facilitate approval or escalation based on stated financial and business guidelines.Develop accurate, relevant and high-resonance messaging, and partner with internal teams to ensure implementation across all customer channels.Guide and manage marketing budget allocation and decisions in coordination with Campaign Marketing.What you need to succeedSignificant leadership experience with outbound marketing and/or product marketing, with demonstrated success and measurable resultsAbility to partner and engage with Senior Leadership and Strategic Customers across C-Suite, government and press.Be a chief evangelist in representing the company with Press, PR and customers alikeExperience operating enterprise platform and/or data management business linesExperience launching and nurturing business lines from infancy to maturationLarge brand GTM, messaging and sales enablement experienceDemonstrated experience taking complex solutions and messages to marketSuccessful experience with retention marketing / driving active use after the saleGet to know the teamAdobe's Digital Media Business UnitAdobe's Digital Media Business Unit's charter is to be the leading provider of tools and services that enable individuals, small businesses and enterprises to create, publish, promote and monetize their content anywhere through the Adobe Creative Cloud.Adobe's creative solutions are used by designers, photographers, content publishers, artists and storytellers, UX designers, consumers and more.
