Amazon Global Selling is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Global Fulfillment space. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining how we evolve our current product to meet the needs Sellers, how we expand the product to help Amazon Sellers expand all across the globe, bringing new selection to customers world-wide. We are looking for a passionate individual with a track record of exceptional performance, who loves working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm. You will own developing and executing against a multi-year roadmap, leveraging data and insights from our Sellers and inventing new technology to deliver innovations which help Sellers grow and expand their business on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be a thought leaders on new initiatives, has strong business judgement, with a track record of developing and implementing new ideas.Responsibilities:· Partnering with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision and roadmap for growing the existing product and scaling this globally· Thinking big about the needs of our Sellers and developing innovative products which will delight our Sellers and drive large scale improvements in our business· Lead investment, prioritization and trade off discussions· Working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to develop detailed product, business and UI requirements for large-scale and complex product launches, and managing project milestones from design to launch· Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer's and Seller's needs· Accountable for overall product experience and financial performance of the product area
Basic qualifications
Basic Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field is required· Professional experience in product management, operations, or program management with approximately 5+ years' experience· Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills· Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Preferred qualification
