We are currently recruiting the following position to be based at our Skyline office at Heathrow.

Job Purpose:

To be part of the UK QHSE team that provides support to others throughout the organisation

Job Function:

·Promote excellent levels of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental compliance in all areas

·Maintain our certifications and accreditations across various standards and industries

·Communicate to staff at all levels throughout the UK and interact with Corporate

·Work proactively in all areas to ensure that best practice is achieved, especially a safe working environment

·To develop one's own skills and knowledge for personal growth and to undertake more responsibility within the QHSE team

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

·Spot review of QHSE checklists of performance standards

·Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them

·Creating documents in accordance with codification guidelines

·Answering queries from branches and other interested parties

·Work closely with QHSE colleagues on numerous different tasks

·Communicate information and updates

·Participate in internal and external audits

·Promote QHSE positively to others within the organisation

·Research information relevant to the QHSE area

·Set plans to monitor crisis or compliance violations

·Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices

·Any other delegated tasks as deemed reasonable by the reporting manager

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

·GCSE level education

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Attention to detail and accuracy required for document preparation

·Ability to work with colleagues and undertake specific tasks

·Alertness to surroundings, aware of possible risks of danger

·Computer literate

·Possess a personable and positive attitude

·Preferably familiar with industry practices and professional standards
