Service Delivery Manager (Service Management Administrator ServiceNow ITIL Problem Change Incident Management Service Manager Analyst Administrator Finance Banking IT ITSM) required by our banking client in London.

You MUST have the following:
  • Current experience as a Service Manager/Service Management Administrator/ITIL IT Process Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL change, incident and problem management
  • Good ability to communicate and collaborate with internal IT stakeholders to deliver ITIL service management
  • Experience working with an IT Service Management tool such as ServiceNow or Remedy

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:
  • Finance or banking experience
  • ITIL certified

Role: Service Delivery Manager (Service Management Administrator ServiceNow ITIL Problem Change Incident Management Service Manager Analyst Administrator Finance Banking IT ITSM) required by our banking client in London. You will join a banking department of 600 and their dedicated IT department of 80. You will join the IT operations team and work to support the Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure on service delivery. Using ServiceNow, you will monitor change, problem and release management. You will chair meetings and oversee processes to ensure standards are met and processes are followed. You will escalate any recurring issues to the Head of IT Operations but, ideally, you will handle as much as possible. Furthermore, you will be encouraged to identify process weaknesses and implement improvements to streamline operations in the department.

This is an excellent opportunity to get into banking without any prior experience. It is also a chance to enter a role where you will be delegated significant a significant amount of responsibility and allowed to run this area as independently as you wish. There will also be training for certifications in ITIL or ServiceNow should you need it.

Salary: £35k - £50k + 10% Pension + 20% Bonus
