With a variety of client-based tasks, this would be a great role for someone who is confident, resilient and isn't afraid of picking up the phone. From using Excel on a daily basis to chasing clients for payments, you will need a high level of attention to detail and be used to working to deadlines. Duties
  • Dealing with complaints and queries from clients
  • Use internal systems and Excel to keep track of tasks
  • Sending invoices out for clients
  • Chasing debt from clients
  • Working with other departments in the company
  • Credit control
  • Giving management updates
  • Dealing with a heavy workload
