Contractor Controls AdministratorJob Description:We are currently recruiting for a Contractor Controls Administrator to join our site services team at our White Pigments Manufacturing Facility at Greatham site.The successful candidate will provide a proficient and professional administrative and reporting service to the Site Services Engineering and Contracts TeamThe role is based on days and is a great opportunity for someone that has the tenacity to work in an environment where continuous improvement is valued.The successful candidate will:Lead contractor approval process across site, collating data and making sure contractor site records are always kept up to date .Act as lead SAP user in the work area including cost management department. Actively process parked invoices, purchase orders, service entries etcCollate and validate principle contractor weekly time sheets to enable timely completion of monthly valuationsCo-ordinate workload and support the Site Services Engineering departmentPrepare monthly reports and KPI metrics for key contracts and maintain key measures for departmentSet up and maintain a structured filing system for key documentationKey candidate requirements:A good level of education and achieved a formal qualification to NVQ level 2 in business administration or equivalent.Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages is essential and knowledge / use of SAP or similar Finance package desirableThe successful applicant will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package and continuous personal development within a global leading organization.Please apply through workday.Additional Locations:Venator, previously known as Huntsman Pigments and Additives, is a leading chemical company focused on the development and manufacture of titanium dioxide pigments and performance additives that improve the quality of life for consumers everywhere.
