Our client are specialists in process water and wastewater solutions. As one of the leading water and wastewater treatment companies in the UK, they have over 80 years of experience in helping businesses of all sizes with water purification, industrial effluent and sustainable water saving needs. Their full range of services also includes mobile water treatment, water treatment chemicals, laboratory, healthcare and water recovery systems.

They are looking for an IT Support Coordinator to join their team to assist in the coordination of the support services provided by the IT department as well as taking responsibility for the support of digital/mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

? Project Management of small cross site/business unit IT projects

? Service Now (Helpdesk) queue monitoring and task/incident allocation

? Ensure the accurate recording of service requests and incidents and to attribute the correct categorisation and notation to ensure timely and relevant reporting

? Point of escalation for user issues

? IT Department Communications including
  • Issue notification
  • blog/intranet
  • training tips

? Liaison with hardware suppliers and maintenance companies

? IT Hardware procurement (Quoting, Ordering, receipting, coordination on arrival)

? Concur (travel and expenses) - user administration

? JD Edwards user administration

? Mobile phone ordering

? Software ordering

? MTO (Service Engineer Mobile Tool)
  • Issue management and user management

? Salesforce (L1)
  • Issue management and user management

Key Skills/Experience:

? A background of commercial IT and working in an IT Department

? Strong administration skills

? Experience of simple project management.

? organised, self-starter

? Recent experience of working across/supporting multiple sites.

? ITIL knowledge (desirable)

? Strong focus on customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Adept and proactive at problem solving and conflict resolution.

? Ability to work on own initiative

? Prioritises workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure.

? possesses a professional demeanour.

? Strong attention to detail is essential.
