Finance Manager Scope & Objectives:

During the initial period of employment, there will be a big focus on a consultative relationship between yourself, the company accountants & the Chief Executive, in determining more efficient and scalable financial procedures. The scope of this consultation will be a 360-degree process, aimed at overhauling the currently inefficient financial procedures relating to both sales & purchase ledger which the company inherits, at both of its current sites.

There will be an inherent focus on integration and synergy between both the various supplier accountancy procedures & the internal business CRM process, in the interest of sustaining the company's hyper-growth business model and further enabling a rapid increase in turnover.

The role will be highly developmental in its infancy and will be reliant on a great deal of trust and autonomy from the relevant individual, in addition to a very close and time consuming relationship with the Chief Executive, in order to establish the necessary rules & fiscal processes which will allow both the Finance Manager position to become pro-active and progressive, and the objectivity of the company's strategic aims to be delivered.
