Microsoft IT Technical Support - IT Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst - IT & Microsoft Service Delivery Agent - Microsoft IT Customer Analyst - IT Support Analyst with Microsoft Products, Windows and Office 365, Active Directory and web-based applications. You be working for a leading global company based close to Guildford, Surrey paying up to £30,000 per annum and be undertaking BOTH IT Project Work and 1st to 2nd line Technical Support.

As a Microsoft IT Technical Support - Microsoft IT Systems Support - Microsoft IT Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst -- IT & Microsoft Service Delivery Agent - Microsoft IT Customer Analyst - IT Support Analyst you will be heavily involved in a technical project, delivery and systems management alongside case management. This will include roll-out and management of MDM (Mobile Device Management), implementation of password management solutions, Azure admin, corporate systems upgrade, management migration of DNS etc. This varied role covers IT Project Work and not just cases management.

Key skills required:
  • Service Desk, 1st / 2nd line support
  • Worked in a Microsoft Environment - Office 365, Sharepoint, Active Directory, Dynamics CRM, web-based applications
  • Good troubleshooting skills

You will be joining an established team who provide technical, application and operational support to my client's customers and in house as well as undertaking IT Project Work focusing on new customers plus upgrades to existing installations. My client is a global organisation who are looking to reward this Technical Support / Service Desk Analyst a salary of £30,000 per annum + Ben's. Due to the shift pattern, you will need to drive as the Monday to Friday shifts are to cover 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm. This role is based close to Guildford, Surrey. My client is looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst who can provide first-class support and have an excellent telephone manner with good written English.
