The Role

The role will be responsible for driving new business sales for the company and delivering against sales targets. This organisation is renowned for their level of customer engagement so you will ensure that its industry leading levels of retention are maintained through providing a high standard of customer care.

As the Commercial Account Manager you will be expected to take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of commercial clients. You will manage your relationships with stakeholders both over the phone and face to face.

The office in which you will work is based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. The office is beautifully positioned in a rural location, surrounded by countryside.

The Person

We are searching for an outgoing and goal orientatedindividual who is ambitious to develop and can demonstrate a proven track record of successful delivery in a commercially focused role within financial services. Experience of having managed customer accounts for a broker or an insurer is essential.

Experience of working in a customer-facing environment and having successfully delivered exceptional customer service is essential. It is important that candidates can build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues and show integrity and commitment to their work.
