Your colleagues have around 2 years' experience and taken advantage of training and qualifications - is there a particular IT certification you'd like to get? This company will support you!

Working on the Service Desk as part of a team of 4 you'll be supporting Windows 10 and Windows 7 as well as Microsoft Office - if you've worked with Office 365 all the better. Installing software, upgrading hardware, backups and configuring software will all come naturally to you.
