Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with SEN, behaviour management
  • Helping children understand their work and succeed
  • Working 1:1 with
  • Engaging children in their development
  • Marking work within guidelines
  • Contribute to high standards
  • Innovate to enhance the children's school day
  • Provide a safe environment for both staff and children

What are we looking for?
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Experience working on a 1:1 basis with children
  • Behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An enthusiastic and motivated outlook to inspire
  • Up to date DBS check ( we can provide if not obtainable )

Necessary Qualifications
  • Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning Support (or equivalent)
