Social Media Executive

Kings Hill

£20,000 - £22,000

Due to continued growth of the business, my client is looking for a Social Media Executive to join the team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor and grow the social media channels for internal brands
  • Develop and execute the social content calendars
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which engage audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Be able to work to, and easily switch between, each brand's tone of voice and identity
  • Report on the success of the social media channels against set KPIs
  • Analyse each brand's social presence and implement strategic plans to capitalise on or grow the channels
  • Identify key business leads or prospective partnerships on social media and feedback into the wider team
  • Monitor and report on competitor social media
  • Increase brand awareness and social media presence
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all platforms

Key Skills:

A creative thinker with excellent social copywriting skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to both work as part of a team and independently

Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills and excellent attention to detail

A deep understanding of all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin - both from a strategic and analytical aspect

Computer literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
