They encourage new ideas in how they do business and this role will have influence on the division for years to come.Job Purpose:The Commissions Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 3 direct reports, and will report to Operations Manager.Strong leadership skills and technical skillsFocus both on building a high performing team and supporting process improvement.Inspire through leading by example, coaching, personal development and through group activities.Help the team work collaboratively building trust.Performance driven through implementation and measurement of KPIs.Addressing any performance requirements.Develop strong working relationships with the other team and operations managers.Ensuring processes are aligned and operating most effectively.Alongside management skills, the role will require a good technical understanding and a good knowledge of Commissions payments to support the team with complex processes, systems and reconciliations using various different tools.Accountability/Key Responsibilities:Substantial previous experience with, and/or understanding of commissions payments.Experience of implementing KPIs within a team, using them to drive performance.Experience of leading a team; coaching, development plans, driving engagement, managing performance, leading people through a period of change.Understanding of end to end Operations processes would be an advantageExcellent IT skills, with proven intermediate knowledge MS Office including advanced MS Excel.LocationManchesterSector:Energy Efficiency,
