Regional Retail Manager- Luxury Beauty/ Fashion Brand

Location: London and surrounding areas

Salary: £60-75k

Key Purpose of Role


To recruit, manage, mentor and develop Area Managers, store management and staff to maximise sales, profitability and exceed agreed key performance indicators across the Region.

Key Accountabilities

-Drive and develop sales performance through key performance indicators across your
area ensuring the cascade of targets throughout your Region
-Promote and develop the highest levels of customer service standards across your area with a priority focus on clear targets and KPI's

-Maximise area profitability whilst controlling operating costs within agreed
budget/ Manager's payroll.
-Control and take all necessary steps to minimise stock loss in all stores
-To ensure high standards of communication and support between Head Office,
stores, and line management
- Actively support, promote and uphold the Companies policies and procedures to
ensure consistency across your Region
- Conduct weekly business reviews with line manager and direct reports and develop
action plans to improve performance.
-Effective execution of new product launches across all stores
- Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure high standards of professionalism and
ensure an ethical code of conduct is adhered to at all times
-Keep on top of consumer trends and understand how they may impact own perimeter
- Follow digital trends within the retail space and use knowledge to develop
business and identify innovative opportunities


Candidate Profile:

- Must have previous Area Manager / Multi site experience and proven track record
of success.
- Preferably from a cosmetics, beauty, fragrance or fashion background
-Proven successful track record in retail
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to manage change and handle ambiguity
- Solid commercial acumen & analytical skills
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
- Keen interest in digital trends in Retail
- Exceptional commercial skills and numerically driven
