My client are looking for a software support analyst, who has previous experience providing application support via phone, email and face-to-face to internal clients using Sopra Banking Software

You will be expected to take escalated issues around Sopra Banking Software and work with users to resolve issues, whilst looking at continual improvement methods and writing documentation on common faults

There own't be any initial development needs, but eventually this may offer the chance to work directly with the Sopra projects team to develop small aspects of the software.

The successful candidate will need to have good knowledge of Sopra Banking Software, along with a good general IT knowledge around Microsoft products - Server 2000, Active Directory and Win Desktop.
