A forward-thinking Secondary School in Ipswich, Suffolk, are seeking a graduate Maths Tutor to join them on a full-time, long-term basis for the next academic year.

• Maths Tutor (Graduate Role)
• Secondary School in Ipswich
• Long-Term, Full-Time Maths Tutor position for the next academic year initially
• You must hold a minimum of a 2.2 in a Maths related degree to be considered
• £65-£70 per day as a Maths Tutor
• Interviewing now for a September 2019 start!
• Opportunities to progress on to Teacher Training from September 2020

This Maths Tutor role will see the successful Maths Graduate joining a supportive Maths department and supporting the teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4. The school have identified several students across various key stages who may need extra motivation or support, so they are looking for a Maths Tutor to support these students where and when necessary. This Maths Tutor vacancy will see the successful graduate work with these students, both on a 1:1 and small group intervention basis to improve their attainment and progress.

The school are keen to meet a Maths Tutor who has a great academic record including at least a 2.2 in their degree. The successful Maths Tutor will possess the personality and work-ethic that sees them establish themselves as a role model to students. For this graduate Maths Tutor position, previous experience supporting students academically or in more informal settings is highly advantageous.
