Offering an uncapped OTE Circa £60000 - £70000 with an excellent base salary of £45000 - £55000.Established in 1992 and voted best in industry 8 of the last 10 years, this award-winning company provide professional and compliance focused accountancy services to temporary and contractor workers, helping them to maximise their net pay, claim expenses, access to statutory sick pay, same-day payments and providing help and support 24/7. This is an exciting time to join as you will be part of a new team based in Manchester offices with big growth plans over the coming 12 months.As a Sales Manager, you will be;Opening new office based in Manager with support from head office based in Canary WharfBuilding the team over the coming months to circa 30 FTEManaging a team of internal sales executives / business development executives who target recruitment agencies to build relationships to gain referrals of contractors and temporary workersDeveloping a fun working environment inline with company culture and valuesSetting and managing all KPIsEstablishing new routes to market and maximising on selling activityRecruitment and development of teamAppraisals, performance management and disciplinariesThe successful Sales Manager you will have;We are interested in seeing management candidates with experience as managing a business to business team with full cycle management experienceProven track record driving sales and motivating teamsDemonstrable ability to recognise issues and implement changes for improvementsExperience of coaching and developingGeneral knowledge of HR procedures and practicesThe drive, ambition and determination to progress within a fast-growing organisation that promote from withinA proven track record in achieving and exceeding targetsWith an excellent basic salary, incredible uncapped commission structure and benefits including; 23 days holiday rising to 26, 5% pension and structured career progression, all underpinned by one of the most fun and rewarding roles around why would you not want to know more?
