Project Manager 6 months Contract

To design and deliver a plan that will support the overall Learning & Development in increasing the provision of on-demand learning solutions, primarily through the adoption of learning technologies. This includes leading the project to re-tender for a new LMS or suitable alternative.

Key Accountabilities
· Identify areas for innovation, research and implement new tools, processes and solutions to develop our on-demand/ just-in-time learning offering

· Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure new learning solutions maximise learning impact

· Review current learning landscape and make recommendations as to how implement a blended learning strategy across the business

· Lead the re-tender process to consider LMS providers and recommend an appropriate supplier

· Develop an appropriate implementation plan that enables a smooth transition from existing LMS to new

· Create online learning content to address knowledge gaps identified

· Provide mentorship to existing L&D team member(s) to develop their skills in digital content creation

Experience, Knowledge, Skills
Experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating digital learning programmes as a hand on approach will be a requirement
Strong relationship building and partnering skills
Excellent stakeholder management
Experience of leveraging technology to develop digital learning materials
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
Experience of eLearning Authoring Tools Articulate 360 Storyline / Rise
Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
An understanding of adult learning and Instructional Design principles.
Project Management
Experience of following tender and procurement processes and adhering to policy
