The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to join a global engineering specialist within the automotive arena. Graduates joining the business will undertake a rotation across several UK plants developing a unique level of exposure and advanced process and product knowledge (within the fields of manufacturing engineering, quality engineering and continuous improvement) before commencing a single-site based role within the organisation.

You will utilise your engineering skill base and problem-solving skills developed during your degree and play an active and hands-on role in seeing both new products come into production and improvements made to the existing processes.

You will need to demonstrate personal flexibility to relocate during the rotation period before settling at a single site within the group. Typical rotations last approximately six months with accommodation assistance being provided whilst working away from your original ?home' plant.
