Our client is a leading refrigeration and air conditioning specialist, and they are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their expanding team in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire.

Working as part of a small team based in Basingstoke, your role will be to help the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for the invoicing process from start to end. You will need to keep track of all invoices and remind customers of any outstanding payments. You will also help with any other ad-hoc office/accounts duties.

This is a great opportunity to join a focused and friendly team. The role will be to combine the day-to-day administrative/accounts tasks together with any ad-hoc duties and handling correspondence and telephone enquiries.

Applicants must be friendly, conscientious, organised and have a good attention to detail.

Skills required:
  • Excellent time management skills working on an individual basis
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Demonstrate desire to provide superior service and go the extra mile

  • Accounts Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Previous Experience of generating invoices, keeping track of invoices and payments in.
  • Chasing payments for unpaid invoices.
  • Answering invoice queries via email and telephone.

In return the business will offer a package of around £18-20k depending on experience, and a fun, flexible, and friendly environment to work in.
