If so, our highly regarded, Tonbridge based client is currently seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team, ideally with knowledge of TENUS, PHP SQL and Microsoft Systems.

Key skills and responsibilities:
  • System investigator utilising your knowledge of Microsoft/Servers
  • Building rapport and relationships with clients
  • Taking calls and sending following up emails
  • Supporting with complex system IT issues
  • Confident communicator with the ability to solve issues
  • Testing apps
  • Updating records on CRM system
  • Training on hard and software
  • Equipment set up
  • Able to investigate e.g. why apps or drivers don't work
  • Window logs - Operations system
  • Networking

To be considered for the role, applicants will ideally have at least 2-year previous experience and have the confidence and expertise to speak in both tech and non tech language. In addition to this, you must be up to date with the latest IT developments and possess excellent networking skills.
