Do you have a passion for IT and want to become a 1st Line Support Engineer?

With your finger on the pulse of new, cutting edge technology and a confidence when talking about up to date IT knowledge and development, your role will be fundamental to this team as you go the extra mile to support customers and maintain accurate records.

Key skills and responsibilities:
  • Taking calls - supporting with basic IT issues
  • Sending follow up emails
  • Testing apps
  • Good attention to detail
  • A good team player
  • Strong communication skills

Applicants will need to have excellent IT knowledge and be confident, with a personable manner, when talking to customers, as you assist them with any technological needs.
