Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a Digital / Marketing Executive to work based in Bridgwater, Somerset for a growing organisation within client services. You will join a well-established organisation at an exciting time of growth and expansion and work with a long standing, welcoming and vibrant team!

The working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The annual salary is £22,000 - £25,000PA depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Your task will be to build the company's reputation, community, audience and ultimately to introduce new customers, increasing their revenue.

* Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll work collaboratively with the wider team to drive traffic to the website and improve the overall brand performance.

* As the dedicated marketing specialist within the team, you will own and operate all aspects of the Company's email marketing channel, initially preparing the look and feel of the campaigns (content, layout, design), driving the campaigns and finally analysing your success, in turn using this information to continually update your strategy.

* You will be tasked with improving conversion rates, growing their audience, increasing engagement and ultimately converting more customers to achieve revenue targets set out by the Marketing Manager and MD.

* In addition, you will support the marketing team with various projects including; organising of customer acquisition events and updating the ecommerce website.

* You will act as an ambassador for the business and make them stand out from the crowd.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:
  • Confident, enthusiastic and a team player
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Strong administrative skills and MS Office literate
  • Solid email campaign management experience
  • Ability to manage email campaigns end to end
  • Proven track record of generating results
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Strong analytical ability to understand customer behaviour (using tools such as Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A passion for online marketing
