In short, you bring the talent and we provide the environment, tools and resources for you to succeed, win big and accelerate your professional growth & development.In this role you will:Own full responsibility for the management of the BlackBerry Cylance distribution ecosystem across the EMEA regionCollaborate with the local Channel Managers to build cohesive Go-To-Market plans to support the regional plansBuild the overall and localized business plans, with strong focus on white space growth from each distributorBuild innovative programs to drive market differentiation, growth and continuity throughoutRun to and through education programsFull ownerships of acquisition plan for each region and "Gold Partner" programWith regular onsite presence at distributors, run regional QBR's with each distributor, leading from the front foot on sales presentations to new and existing partners on product/training updatesProvide statistics for program health and adherence in each region, providing accurate forecastingDrive top down corporate sales campaigns, as well as geographic specificEvaluate market opportunities to partner with new distributors, especially in target geographiesMaximize potential by driving full adoption of available programs (MSSP/Partner Led Services/ATC etc.)Support distribution led sales activities and events - especially those focused on partner acquisitionDevelops a targeted partner plan that maps partner strengths to accounts including, but not limited to customer relationships and contracts.Ideally, you will have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in distribution management, preferably on a pan EMEA basisPrior experience on identifying and onboarding new distributors into a businessUnderstanding and comprehension of the security software spaceConfident and influential communication skills.Comfort to travel across EMEA, potentially around 30-50% of the timeThe ability to effectively present to individuals and groups at all levels.Interested in hearing more?
