*** Customer Relations Administrator - Financial Services ***

My client are a financial services company based in Dartford. Supplying a professional and swift services up and down the UK, they are now seeking a Customer Relations Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Working in the Customer Relations department, you will be providing a full administrative function to ensure a speedy resolution to complaints and fraud, all whilst delivering the best customer service. This includes, but not limited to:
  • Accurately register and allocate complaints
  • Manage all spreadsheets and work streams through the customer relations team
  • Assist in the continuous development and implementation of systems, procedures and complaints
  • Sending case notifications
  • Liaise with third parties through the telephone and email

Requirements:
  • Good attention to detail with problem solving skills
  • Numerate and solution provider
  • Previous experience in financial complaints handling experience
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience in the financial services industry a bonus

This is Monday - Friday position, 9am-6pm with many additional benefits.
