Stafffinders have an urgent requirement for a German speaking Helpdesk Agent to join our well established, global client based in their Kettering office. This is providing cover from 8th July -16TH July (there will be a few days paid handover before the start)

Our client is a leader in providing IT Services and Solutions to large corporations worldwide. Those services include Help Desk, Desk Side Support, PC Life Cycle Support, PC and Wintel/Unix Server Hardware Maintenance.

The tech would mostly be utilized for just answering the phones and creating a ticket in their ticketing system for a more experienced tech to work on from there. So, we are particularly keen to speak with those with experience in creating tickets in a help desk environment, but any extra experience would be a bonus.

Hours: 07:-00-16:00 (Mon to Fri)

What you'll be doing:
  • Respond to end user issues using Phone, Live Chat, E-mail & deskside
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves intermediate to complex problems with computer operating systems and application configurations.
  • Performs installation of desktop software products.
  • Performs additional application installation and/or configuration as required.
  • Troubleshot & solved computer and network printer problems as needed

Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Office 2013 / 2016, Windows 7 / 10, Apple / Android phones
  • Experience documenting issues and troubleshooting in ticketing system
