Account Handler - £30,000 - Maidstone, Kent

Leading well established LLoyd's Brokers based in Maidstone have a new role within their Commercial department for an experienced Account Handler.
The successful candidate will be dealing with cross-classes of commercial risks for clients paying between £250 and £5,000 in GWP as part of an overall book of business.
The role encompasses a combination of business development as well as dealing with client enquiries, identifying cross and up-selling opportunities and dealing with mid-term adjustments - ensuring all of which are dealt with in a professional and compliant manner.
The role with involve working within our bespoke adjustments team though the successful candidate with be primarily targeted to achieve a monthly & annual budget for additional policies / commission through offering professional advice & recommendations against their existing placement, primarily over the phone. In addition, responsibility for general adjustments and client management will form part of the role.
The ability to service clients to a very high standard at all times is of paramount importance.
Claims are dealt with separately by a team located within our London Office.
The classes of business will include Commercial Combined, Office, Property Owners, Shop, Public & Products Liability, Employers Liability, Business Interruption, Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Group Travel and Cyber Liability.
The role with involve dealing with clients on the telephone and by written correspondence.
