We have an exciting opportunity for a:The HR Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Global HR Operations team in providing a wide range of HR operational support and transactional services to help meet the needs of the business. This includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Administration and other project work as required.Principle ResponsibilitiesPreparing all employee life cycle documentation including but not limited to offer / leaver letters, probation periods, employee references, change of terms.Coordinating on-boarding process and new employee orientations.Maintaining employee files to ensure all data is captured and recorded in a compliant manner.Maintaining HRIS database ensuring data integrity is reviewed at regular intervals.Updating and maintaining HR intranet pages and helping to promote use of this system between employees, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.Arranging and managing all pre-employment, new starter, annual and ad hoc materials and providing feedback from the Occupational Health Specialist to HRBPs in a timely manner.Providing support to Talent Acquisition team for recruiting including interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, vendor payments and expense reimbursement.Participating in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.Remaining current in knowledge and understanding of employment laws/regulations. Identifying trends that could impact organizational objectives and/or operational resources.Ensuring documentation and employee files are up to date.Coordinating company induction programs. Performing other incidental and related duties and special projects as required and assigned.Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with BTG values.Carry out other reasonable tasks as required by the Line Manager.The above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and you may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies. This description may be varied from time to time to reflect changing business requirements.Principal RelationshipsInternal: Support and collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, L&D and HR Business Partners/HR Generalist teams to provide administrative and functional expertise to the business. Liaise internally with all levels of employees and management across the business as required.External: HR vendors, legal advisors, technical colleges, professional organizations and other HR professionals.Education and ExperienceTwo or more years of relevant experience with previous focus in recruiting, employee relations or HR systems.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualification strongly preferredAdvanced technical skills, including previous HRIS experience and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Skills and AttributesExcellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, and ability to make solid and effective recommendations and decisions in ambiguous situations.Highly self-motivated, driven and conscientious with the ability to act with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational, matrix environment.Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment meet deadlines.Demonstrates the capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled.Communicates a "can do" attitude and positive outlook, minimizing negative behaviours.Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.BTG is an equal opportunity employer.
