Job descriptionResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited toProactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and aboveBe involved in the financial management of clientsBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsDevelop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clientsManage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teamShape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteriaTrain, coach, and supervise team membersContinue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brandThe OpportunityDue to continued growth with our Microsoft practice, we currently have opportunities for functional and technical consultants with a proven record of accomplishment in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.We would like to hear from experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional and technical consultants with implementation project experience and with skills in one or more of the following areas - Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Social Media/Listening, Integration, and Reporting/BI.The requirement is for a candidate with project experience; gained with Big 4, major SI/IT service provider or equivalent industry experienceResponsibilities and DutiesWork onsite with clients to provide high quality advice and deliverablesManage client engagements and ensure that we deliver the best solutions for clientsBuild existing client relationships and support operations to add to current client portfolioHelp prepare client proposals, tenders and reports on an ongoing basisMaintain a 'best practice' working environment in terms of compliance, risk, financial management, etc.Work on building and rolling out new value propositions for our clientsProvide training to other members of the team as and when requiredExperienceExcellent leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCandidates must have business process knowledge and deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM skills in any one or combination of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Social Media/Listening, Integration, and Reporting/BIMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional design experience and consulting experienceAbility to work with senior stakeholdersTrack record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience either as team leaderProject management experience in a complex environmentGood integration experience and knowledge of integration techniques and approaches such as ESBs and RESTful APIsDemonstrates experience of engaging with client to assess business issues and shape client vision, and delivery approachDemonstrates an understanding of the market/industry for CRM systems and ability to identify new business opportunitiesEffective communicator. Demonstrates experience of leading client teams and engaging client on delivery issues and experience of communication activities such as Conference Room Pilots, and workshopsAttributesUniversity graduate with a relevant degree within a computational or business disciplineProven experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including appropriate certificationGood presentation and demonstration skillsConfident and effective communication skillsThinks clearly and calmly under pressureInvestigates problems to establish real or hidden causesSolves complex problems with creative solutionsPlaces emphasis on user satisfactionAbility to prioritise and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneouslyMust have the ability to work independently as well as within a team environmentAbout PwC
