Accountancy Selection are very excited to be working with a local SME based in Abingdon who are recruiting for an Office/ Finance Manager. As Office / Finance Manager you will be solely responsible for dealing with the Accounts function of the company. Key duties will include:
  • Monthly Management information - producing Management accounts and comparison/ variation analysis
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties
  • Cash flow management
  • Fixed Asset register
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Payroll & P11D's
  • Pension
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Keeping monthly stock records

This role can be offered as either a Part Time opportunity working 3 days a week (can be flexible) focussing purely on the finance duties, or a Full Time role dealing with all the Accounts plus HR & Administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small friendly team.

To be successful in your application for this role you must have previous demonstrable management accounts experience as well as an all-round accounts background. Knowledge of Sage is extremely advantageous.
