Efficient use of the Warehouse Management System

Timely production of work for the warehouse operation

Accurate data entry into the WMS

Control of goods in planning /bookings

Where required check documentation and records for non-conformance, scan documentation into the IMSCAN system and report any issues to line manager

Complete scheduled daily checks on all products, locations reporting any non-conformance and investigation of anomalies prior to adjustments being made and ensuring accurate records are kept at all times

Communication across all departments

Processing, picking and communication of NPD, Commercial and Technical sample requests

Ensure accurate product data is maintained within WMS

Assist with the prioritising of the daily work load

Assist with the samples area liaising with relevant departments on receipts and despatches

To be aware of and comply with all requirements of the Health & Safety policy and procedure including wearing safety clothing and footwear when required

To ensure the work environment is kept clean, tidy and in accordance with Company standards

To be aware of and comply with all fire safety procedures, including maintaining clear fire exists and escape routes

To be aware of and conform to all mechanical handling equipment procedures in accordance with Company standards

To be aware of and comply at all times with relevant legislation involving Food Safety

Punctual, to ensure the effective running of the warehouse operation

To keep accurate records and KPI's

Participation in depot stock take, as and when required

In addition to your main duties you will be required to carry out such duties consistent with your status and abilities as the Company may from time to time require

Skills and Qualifications

Strong administration skills
Good basic numeracy skills
Good understanding of basic written English
Good communication and customer service skills
Team working
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
