Calling all aspiring Speech and Language therapist and educational Psychologist, an Outstanding Primary school in Barking and Dagenham is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join there SEN support team as a Teaching Assistant.

If you have a passion for Education and you want to gain experience before you embark on your MA in Education Psychology or S&L, then the SENco of this school wants to hear from you.

***Successful SEN Teaching assistants will earn £70 a day depending on experience.

For this role, you must be an inspirational graduate who has experience supporting SEN children and a keen interest in developing your SEN understanding. The ideal SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant should be able to bring bags of enthusiasm and determination and quickly develop working relationships. The school wants to see graduates who have a lively interest in education that will be obvious in the positive approach them take in the classroom and the way they are excited to get involved in different lessons.

In this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will be working throughout the school and you will be expanding your skill set as you learn from the SENCO. Day-to-day, you will be delivering intervention lessons to small groups of pupils or on a one to one basis. The school deliver fantastic SEN provision and you will learn how to support SEN pupils in the very best way. The school would like you to take on a supportive role to pupils who speak 'English as an Additional Language', helping them reach their academic and social goals.
