An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Experian Go to Market Banking team as a Senior Account Manager. This fantastic opportunity offers excellent personal development prospects, an uncapped sales commission scheme plus typical Experian flexible benefits associated with this role grade.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Achievement of sales target and growing the contracted revenue base - Build effective quality relationships within 2 existing Banking clients - Managing each account effectively to maintain sales revenue and identify new opportunities to increase sales - Take long term responsibility for clients, by engaging in a consultative way to identify problems, and adding value by recommending potential solutions supported by internal experts - Identify and develop strong senior level relationships - Providing accurate sales management information: business development plan, opportunity roadmaps, pipeline and revenue forecast - Working closely with Consultants, Strategic Client Director and Lead Account Director to co-ordinate sales activity to achieve KPI's - Regularly present to clients to ensure they understand the functionality and benefits of Experian products in solving business problems - Facilitate the on-going provision of high quality customer service - Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business - Adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customersKnowledge, Experience & Qualifications - Have experience in account management or new business development with a strong track record of successful performance - Can spot and assess clients' needs and lead the creation of compelling client propositions and solutions - Outstanding networking and communication skills with the ability to work well within a team, effectively utilising internal resources to achieve results - Good working knowledge of all areas of the credit life cycle from new business though to customer management and then collections - Experience of consultative selling, ideally within data, software, analytics or consultancy solutions - A high level of commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities, structure a deal, negotiate and close sales in addition to accurate revenue forecasting - Excellent presentation skills - Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated - Experience of Experian data and servicesWhat's on offerWe offer an attractive base salary, commission structure and a competitive reward package and actively encourage the expression of ideas and opinions.
