These are your tasks in this role:

In this extremely interesting, challenging and very diverse role, you are responsible for the further expansion of new and already existing business relationships to Key Accounts in Automotive and Off-Highway (Volvo, Saab, Scania AB/Rover, Mini, Bentley, Jaguar, Lotus, Aston Martin, Caterpillar, etc.) in the Nordics/UK.
As a Business Developer with focus on technical solutions based on elastomer mostly in anti-vibrations and sealing technology you are the bridge head between the customer requirements and needs and the strong inhouse engineering, product development and production facility.
Your report directly to the senior management of the group. Moreover, you are in the position to operate successfully on the market through short decision-making process and an outstanding range of products and solutions with the appropriate lean and ready to go the extra mile engineering services.
In this role and with your market insides you are responsible and capable to elaborate business plans, forecasts, market intelligence as well as knowledge management for the Nordics/UK organisation.
You support the product management and the customer solution engineering with your market view for ongoing product development and quality improvement as well as commercial "product excellence".
Thanks to your very open-minded, very skilled and outgoing personality you are able to communicate to all levels within the client organisation.

The following skills / mindset is required:

You have a technical education/study (mechanical engineering) with subsequent professional specialization in elastomers (sealing / anti-vibration).
You have several years of experience in technical sales in the automotive / off-highway industry and their supply chain with a strong emphasis on business development.
You are a very dynamic full-blood, high frequency salesman or women and you have a network to existing automotive / off-highway customers / OEMs.
You are an entrepreneur and you want to grow your business and take responsibility.
You are used to deal with the customer to offer innovative, tailor-made engineering solutions that consider different options and versions and you never lose sight of the customer's needs.
You see yourself as an interface, as a bridge between customer / demand and your company as an innovative solution provider.
You are ready to travel extensively within Europe focus on Nordics/UK.
For such a position English is a must - additional European languages like Swedish, Norwegian, German, Turkish is a great asset.
