We are a well established Wealth Management (IFA) practice, based in Chelmsford and Bishops Stortford and we are looking for an additional Administrator to support our Paraplanning and Adviser team.

The role could be made to fit either a part time or full time applicant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre and post new business sales processing
  • Back office administrative support
  • Preparing client valuations & documentation for client meetings
  • Client liaison
  • IFA diary management
  • Creating/issuing letters of authority and obtaining relevant policy information
  • Obtaining quotations from Assureweb and directly from various provider websites
  • Fund switching and online investing
  • Back office system updates
  • Assisting the Paraplanners with designated administration activities when required

The successful candidate must have occupied a similar role within the Financial Services industry, ideally with an IFA firm & be capable of handling a high workload. Experience in Intelligent Office, Assureweb and Financial Express would be an advantage, as would experience in dealing with the main investment platforms.

Whilst some progress with professional qualifications would be welcomed, this is not essential. What is most important is being dedicated, having a willing, "can-do" attitude & pleasant, "team-orientated" personality.
