My client is currently looking to hire a Conveyancing Administrator to join their established firm based in the outskirts of York.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering and handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Effectively liaising and communicating with legal teams and third parties in a professional manner
  • Gathering and collating information from lenders, agents and lawyers
  • Creating sale contract packs
  • Appropriate administrative tasks as would be expected working within the role

The ideal candidate:
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Packages (Word/Excel/Office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Keen attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in Conveyancing is essential
