Location: Kettering (Northamptonshire)

Salary: up to £35,000

A fantastic opportunity has come up to work with a genuine award wining Client, and get the chance to join a dynamic, marketing department executing multi-lingual marketing campaigns across direct response channels within their industry.

The purpose of this opportunity will be to support the marketing data strategy in delivering analysis and providing information that will influence marketing management and strategic decision-making regarding campaign effectiveness.

Activities and job purpose:

* Support delivery of Marketing effectiveness KPIs

* Oversee and manage marketing campaigns within the Client Global Marketing Data Warehouse using SDL/Alterion Campaign Manager

* Develop and manage Core Products Marketing dashboards

* Implement, monitor and track all campaign meta data in the Clients Global Marketing Data Warehouse

* Develop regular circulation reporting that illustrates shifts and movement in circulation YOY

* Support & carry out campaign production when required, producing associated campaign analysis

* Meta data entry as and when required.


* 3-5 years of data analytics experience.

* Highly proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, VB programming language & SQL

* Business Objects, Cognos or similar expertise (e.g. Qlik View or Business Intelligence platforms)

* Solid analytical and problem solving skills

* Demonstrates proactive work style

* Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels.

* Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skills

* Strong attention to detail - critical requirement


* Experience of SAS

* Project management and process experience a plus.

* Experience of campaign and online meta data set up.

* Use of Customer Audience selection software such as Alterion, Smartfocus, SAS, SPSS or other database marketing tools

* Travel/Hospitality experience a plus
