Key responsibilities:

Billing revenue in excess of £180 million per year.Billing timeliness - 95% of total invoice value to be raised within 5 working daysBilling quality - 98% accuracy of invoices
  • Maintain helpdesk database to ensure all calls are assigned to the BSA's within the agreed OLA
  • Maintenance of contractual information including sensitive/ confidential information for future reference and validation
  • Manage and Maintain RPI & PPI Calendars and issue notices in line with contractual obligations
  • Assist with Contract Loading Process to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Manage RPI/PPI Process in line with contractual obligations
  • Manage Devices loads in the billing platform to ensure compliant with contract
  • Provide support / guidance to the Offshore support teams, accountants, Customer and Site personnel on system capability
  • Manage and maintain the MI Volume data for all XPS contracts billed in Mercury
  • Provide management information to UK Billing Manager and various other departments
  • Additional activities as set by the UK Billing Programmes Manager

Manage Contractual Documentation to ensure all documents are logged and filed for future reference
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Maintain RPI/PPI Calendar
  • Support BSA's if/when required
