FP&A Manager / Revenue ControllerLondon, UKFull-timeCompany DescriptionPPRO is growing rapidly, and we are on the lookout for an experienced FP&A Manager / Revenue Controller in London who will establish the Finance department as a supporting function, especially for our Sales department. You will provide the Sales department with the revenue analysis and reporting to support the understanding of variances to forecast and budget via key influences. This role is based in London but you will be working closely with the Finance team based in Munich. If you think you fit the bill, we'd like to hear from you!Job DescriptionWhat will be your impact on the business?Improve the quality and speed of internal revenue analysis and reports (Tableau dashboards)Provide the Sales department with financial risk analysis based on the influence of market regulation, industry consolidation and impacts of pricing pressure etc.Create in-depth analysis and accumulating knowledge on the variances between planning and actual figures for budget and forecast preparationSupport Head of Sales with analysis of individual as well as team performance and related bonus calculationsBetter knowledge-spread over the FP&A team (senior person with further accounting and FP&A knowledge will raise the bar)What will be your main responsibilities?You will be involved in setting up, expanding and maintaining reporting structures, including the definition of KPIs and controlling standards in accordance with current requirements Play an active role in our short-, mid-, and long-term integrated financial planning of group revenue, including opportunity and risk analysesEnhancing the existing reports (Tableau) and ensure business partnering with the Sales department, identify target deviations and define corrective actions for forecastingEnsure the reliability of data by supporting the monthly group reports with in depth revenue analysisContribute to the decision making in regards to the financial strategy (create business plan for the financial evaluation of key strategy initiatives as well as M&A)Execution of standard and ad-hoc analyses with focus on revenue and gross margin as well as pricing and riskSupport pricing in an ad-hoc manner between Sales, Finance and Payment NetworksSupport the implementation of our new planning and reporting toolsQualifications5+ years of experience in a controlling or FP&A roleProven analytical skills to be able to review our data sets and use the information for projections and advice for the financial planning Experience with revenue analyses and reporting Experience working with Tableau is a big advantage The ability to translate data into a report for our different internal stakeholders and board membersThe ability to work and communicate effectively with our global teams Broad understanding of the dynamics of the payments industryAdvanced Excel skills, high IT affinity and BI knowledgeAdditional InformationWho We Are:PPRO is one of the fastest growing FinTech businesses in Europe, acting as a value-added hub for local payment methods powering Payment Service Providers globally.
