That's a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the delivery of moderate complex, moderate risk projects and maintaining project quality, finances and focus, prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily schedule, establishing project governance Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW)Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Dell employees or Partner ResourcesWorks with Resource Management on project staffing, accountable for delivering projects on timeControls the financial compliance, completes weekly and quarterly forecasts of revenue and utilizationPrepares estimated time to complete, manages back-log, manages the cost budget and the impact of change requests on cost budgetEssential RequirementsOrganizing and planning skills, strong communication and influencing skillsPriority setting and decision-making skills, strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment, ability to be flexible and multi-task in a dynamic environmentAbility to work with a multi-cultural, multi-locational team, ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customersFacilitation skills to lead meetings, ability to build effective teams, lead extended teams and meet deadlinesExperience in program management including planning and senior management interface and influencing, ability to manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirementsDemonstrate attentiveness to quality and productivityPMP certification Highly desirableBS Degree and 5+ years of experienceBenefitsWe offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.If you have what it takes to bring innovative new products and services to life in collaboration with world-class experts, this is your opportunity to develop with Dell.Dell is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
