Job Title: Team ManagerLocation: LeedsSalary: Depending on experience About the roleResponsibility for a team of people ensuring that they are effectively managed. Coaching and mentoring each member of the team to ensure they are achieving their targets and productivity levels and managing any performance issues in line with company policy and client requirements.What you will do1. Inspire ActionSupports the Operations Director, Head of Remortgages and OperationsManager with delivery of the strategy and deputises for the Operations Manager in their absenceTake responsibility for actions and decisions and confidently delegates2. Be PositiveDemonstrate responsibility to be flexible and adaptable across the company to meet the needs of the businessProactively champion change and encourage the team to positively implement changes3. Demonstrate IntegrityEnsuring compliance with the relevant regulatory/ legal requirements within your departmentResolve complaints where appropriate and ensure adherence to company complaints policy4. Support your TeamSet Individuals objectives and carry out one to ones managing individual's performance in line with department policiesProactively manage both good and poor performance to ensure consistent treatment of team members resulting in a high performing team5. Drive GrowthDemonstrate marketplace insight by evidencing an understanding of the competition and industry trendsParticipate in client meetings and present solutions and services that add value and meet client's needs6.
