Assistant Company Secretary - FTSE 250 - Central London - Up to £70,000

Your new company
This FTSE 250 business based in central London are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to report directly into the Company Secretary. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small Secretariat and gain exposure to all aspects of the Company Secretarial profession.
This role can also be worked on a 4 day a week basis with a full time equivalent package.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for one of the key committees and be expected to prepare agendas, attend meetings and draft minutes. You will project manage the production of the annual report and help organise the AGM. You will be in charge of releasing RNS announcements and need to have good knowledge Listing Rules. You will also be in charge of subsidiary governance and share plans.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced company secretarial professional with previous experience of working for a FTSE organisation or experience of working with listed clients. You will need to be ICSA qualified. Minuting experience and share plans experience are obviously preferable and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
