The Business

MAG is the country's largest airport group, serving 40 million passengers annually across 250+ routes. We own Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands Airports, and two consolidator brands servicing multiple countries around the globe. Within MAG-O, acting as the digital branch of the airports we own and others, we build, host, trade, and market for a growing number of travel-related ancillary services, including: retail Click & Collect, premium lounges, FastTrack services, car parking, etc., all ensuring we can provide a first-class passenger experience.

The Role

Working as part of the CRM Team, closely with the Digital Marketing and Data Science Teams, and reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the CRM Manager will help maintain and develop our ongoing CRM strategy. They will unlock data and digital solutions aimed at improving engaging guest communications using an enterprise-level CRM Platform (Salesforce Exact Target) and a data-driven point of view.

Among many other things, the CRM will assist with the objective of converting commercial leads across the wider marketing team while helping to better inform guests about our airports, products, and services. They will have the vision and experience needed to work closely alongside a Data Science Team to ideate and deliver projects to improve all our programs.


The successful candidate will likely have experience with HTML, CSS, & SQL, and a strong familiarity with enterprise-level email service or CRM platforms, Salesforce being a plus. Comfort with data, audience segments, journey building, A/B testing, deliverability, dynamic content, amongst others, is expected.

The right candidate will also possess insight into how CRM can positively impact our wider digital marketing endeavours, utilising data acquisition and automation techniques to support the goals of the business. Skills related to email marketing performance reporting (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, BI, etc.) and Adobe products (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc.) are a bonus.
