Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Service Delivery Manager to cover the South of England?

You will have responsibility for developing, operating and continually improving services.

You will be responsible for day to day analysis and reporting of operational performance data to characterise opportunities for improvement, tracking performance to ensure viability of agreed Service Levels to include one-time deliverables and working in partnership with senior leaders and operational groups to drive process optimisation and efficiency and when necessary escalate opportunities or issues.

You will be the contact point for the customer during escalations and major incidents, reviewing and managing the delivery of Root cause investigations reports back to the customer.

The Service Delivery Manager will also be involved in the change control process and review any proposed changes with the customer and technical teams prior to submission.

Your Skills and Experience

·5+ years' experience in a similar role

·Have a detailed understanding of Service Management/ Delivery principles,

·Have an appreciation of the complexities of technologies involved in servicing large and complex Unified Communication environments, Contact Centres, IT environments.

·Strong sense of customer service

·Good organizational and planning skills.

·Good presentation skills

·Professional, positive and decisive in approach

·Commercially astute.

·Confident communicating with customers or staff at a variety of levels including CXX

·Excellent communication both written and verbal using English


·£40,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience

·car allowance
